Common Management Admission Test CMAT 2015-2016 by AICTE (Second Test) Admission Notice 2015-2016
AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) has made an announcement regarding the CMAT 2015 (Second Common Management Admission Test) for the admission process to carious Management Programmers for the current academic year of 2015-2016. CMAT is conducted twice a year by AICTE, so that the affiliated institutes can select eligible and suitable students for the admission in AICTE approved management programs. The schedule for conducting the second test of National Level Common Management Admission Test for the academic year 2015-2016. The students can appear twice for CMAT, the first chance to give the exam was in September, 2014 and the second chance is in February, 2015. The best from two scores will be used to get admission in management programs for academic year 2015-2016.
Eligibility Criteria :
Anyone holding a graduate degree in any discipline or a final year student in any (10+2+3) Graduate courses with result getting declared before the commencement of the admission process can apply for CMAT. Students can apply online for CMAT.
In case of students with foreign nationalities the eligibility criterion will be as per the equivalent standards and recognition set by Association of Indian Universities.
Last date to register online : 6th November 2014 to 5th January 2015.
Online registration can be done through the official website www.aicte-camt.in . Students need to make a choice of 3 dates and 3 cities across India for CMAT online examinations. The order of preference will be determined by the order students enter their preferred city and dates. Though the allotment will be done on the first come first serve basis, the allotment will depend upon the availability of slots in a city.
Admission Process :
The respective state governments will allot the AICTE approved Institutes/University Departments to the students through the central counseling or in case of no central counseling by following Court Directives for PGDM.
The score awarded to the students will be used for the admission process.
Test Fee :
For candidates belonging to the General/OBC the application fee is Rs. 1400/-, for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PD the application fee is Rs. 700/-. Additional bank charges to be included separately according to the mode of payment (Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card) opted by the students. Online payment can be done through www.aicte-camt.in. Cash payment can be done through challan generated online and by depositing cash at any branch of State Bank of India across India.

Last date for Online Registration : 5th January, 2015.
Availability of Admit card/Hall Ticket for printout from : 30th January, 2015
Date for the Computer based test :19th February to 22nd February, 2015.
Timing for the exam : Morning shift – 9.30 am to 12.30 pm & Evening shift – 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm
Score card available from : 25th March to 25th April, 2015.
